A classic cocktail, Vodka Tonic is simple, refreshing and delicious, involving few ingredients and steps. Here's how you can create the Grapefruit Vodka Tonic:

Ingredients:
  • Ice Cubes

  • 45 ml Absolut Grapefruit (buy here)

  • 120 ml Tonic Water (buy here)

  • A wedge of Grapefruit (buy here)


Steps:
  • Fill a highball glass with ice cubes. A tall/ highball glass will ensure your drink stays carbonated for longer. Use plenty of ice to keep your drink colder and crisper.

  • Add all the other ingredients together, keeping in mind that balance and proportions are crucial. The perfect ratio is 1 part vodka and three parts tonic as per Absolut.

  • Garnish your drink with a grapefruit wedge or any of your favourite fruits/ berries in season.


Absolut Swedish Paloma

Ingredients:
  • Ice Cubes

  • 45 ml Absolut Grapefruit (buy here)

  • 45 ml Grapefruit juice (buy here)

  • 10 ml lime juice

  • Soda water (buy here)


Steps:
  • Pour all the ingredients except the soda into a shaker, adding plenty of ice cubes to keep the drink cold and crisp. Get your arms ready for some shaking and mix away.

  • Pour the mixture into a highball glass, topping it with soda water.

  • Lastly, garnish your drink with a grapefruit wedge and a flavoured salt on the rim to take things up a notch and enjoy the refreshing drink!

The Greyhound is a pretty pink cocktail involving just two ingredients to create the gorgeous drink. The recipe first appeared in The Savoy Cocktail Book in 1930, not getting its name "greyhound" until 1945. Here's how you can create The Greyhound:

Did you know: The cocktail got its name because it was supposedly famous at the Greyhound bus terminal.

Ingredients:
  • Ice Cubes

  • 90 ml Grapefruit juice (buy here)

  • 1 Twist Grapefruit (buy here)


Steps:
  • Fill a highball glass with ice cubes, adding all the other ingredients.

  • Complete the drink with a twisted grapefruit zest. It's that simple!
