Tao Foundation and Shaina NC are joining hands to showcase the beautiful artworks by talented Padma Shri artist— Krishn Kanhai. Learning the art of painting from his father, Krishn Kanhai is said to be an artist with the Midas touch, a master of traditional gold paintings, portraits and contemporary. The subject of all his paintings is majorly tales of Lord Krishna and Radha, featuring an amalgamation of beautiful postures, pure gold and various precious gems. His art will be on display till this weekend, donating part of the proceeds to ISKCON, his work leaving you mesmerised and in awe! He is also known to ace at curating portraits, especially of notable people, his talent leading to painting portraits of various prominent personalities.

Doing their first solo show— how many songs in a single note, Sarah Naqvi has been displaying their work at TARQ since October 13th 2022, till November 19th 2022. The exhibition showcases video installations, tapestries, drawings, paintings, and sculptures, originating from Sarah's confrontation towards identity-based injustice in our society. The exhibit uses humour and visual language, tracing their journey of redefining the meaning of safety and resistance since she moved out of India. Their new paintings showcase tender moments of queer intimacy and collaborative care, the title of the show extending from the language of queer defiance.

Method at Bandra showcases the works of various artists, this time being a group show of several talented ones. The exhibit reflects several moods— beauty, pain, burden, and joy of being part of a big picture. It showcases the works of artists like Anuradha Bhaumick, Koyal Raheja, Shivani Vyas, Shreya Parasrampuria, and Tushar Kanoi. You will see a mix of mediums like Linocut Print, Watercolour and Ink on Paper, Hand Embroidery, Needle Felting, Archival Prints, and more. The exhibition shows that we are a minuscule part of a larger picture yet with a complicated and detailed existence.
