Ether is premium chocolates at its best, hoping to bring people chocolates with immense respect for complexity, subtlety and incredible nuance. The chocolates are single-origin and, in most cases, single plantation pure overture, originating from places like Peru, Indonesia and Madagascar. The magician behind these divine chocolates is Chef Prateek Bakhtiani, who set up his atelier, creating a space for creativity and innovation concerning chocolate. With experimentation, they produce a set of five inspiration-driven collections biannually, introducing them to chocolate connoisseurs and enthusiasts across the country.
